Apple Potentially Forced To Give iPhone To Other Operators In Germany

Vodafone Germany has won a temporary injunction against T-Mobile, which currently has an exclusive on the iPhone. If it proves successful it will give Vodafone the right to sell unlocked phones at the same or lower price that they're locked to the T-Mobile network.

Last word: Similar injunctions have been launched in the past to try and counter iTunes' lead in the download market. All have been unsuccessful so we don't hold out all that much hope for Vodafone.
